2005 J-Jamboree Archives

The 2005 J-Jamboree and J/80 East Coast Championship regatta was held the weekend of September 10-11 on Lake WInnipesaukee, New Hampshire. The 25-boat fleet, including 10 traveling boats from as far away as Maryland, competed in 7 races with challenging, shifty and ever-changing conditions. Thanks to our many volunteers, we had great race administration and overall regata organization, and a terrific steak and lobster dinner hosted by the Winnipesaukee Yacht Club.

We look forward to seeing you in 2006 for the 19th Annual J-Jamboree and J/80 North American Championship.

We were fortunate to have Bill Hemmel of Lakes Region Aerial Photography take some great aerial shots of the regatta.
